Brazen Cheese Knife

Flowing in form, with minimalist contours, brass-pinned (responsibly-sourced) rosewood scales and a hand-hammered patinated brass blade, this knife can cut through the hardest semi-hard cheeses, slice through cake with great gusto, and apply spreads to bread with noteworthy panache. Cold-forged and ground to shape from ⅛” brass bar in our Brooklyn studio.

ADDITIONAL NOTES // Knife is made for cutting and serving soft, non-acidic items, such as cheese, cake, or butter. Entirely handmade in Brooklyn. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS // Hand wash with mild soap as necessary, and periodically treat handle with food grade mineral oil. Brass will naturally patina further with time, but may be brightened with a vinegar and salt solution, if desired. Knife is not a toy, and not for use by children.
